We will never sell or share your data
We will never sell your data. We will never share it with advertisers, data brokers, other customers, or anyone who wants it for their own marketing or training.
Your plans, takeoffs, account, and contact details stay yours. Processors that host the app, send email or texts, take payment, or read drawings to produce a takeoff see only what they need to run the product — under contract, not to sell, and not to use for their own ads.
1. Who this covers
This policy covers Estym8 and the suite apps on this site (ColdEyes, PlanM8, Bodi, and SiteM8). It explains what we collect, how we use it, and the promise above.
2. What we collect
You may give us:
- Name, work email, company, and role
- Phone number, only if you choose to add it
- Plan sets and project files you upload
- Account credentials and messages you send us
We may also record device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages used) so the product stays up and we can find bugs.
3. SMS / text messages
If you add a mobile number and turn on text notifications, we send messages when a takeoff or folder run is ready (and if processing fails). Frequency follows your use — typically one to three messages per run. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or turn SMS off in settings. Reply HELP or email privacy@estym8.ai for help. Message and data rates may apply.
4. How we use it
We use this information to run the product, send the notices you asked for, fix issues, and meet the law. We do not use it to build a marketing list to sell.
5. Who can see it
We will never sell your data. We will never share it with advertisers, data brokers, other customers, or anyone who wants it for their own marketing or training.
If a court or regulator lawfully requires a record, we comply. We will tell you unless the law forbids it. A sale of Estym8 would transfer your account with this same promise — the buyer may not sell or share your data either.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to export it. Email privacy@estym8.ai. You can close SMS with STOP. You can close your account from Settings.
7. Cookies
We use cookies needed to sign you in and keep the session. You can block cookies in the browser; some features will not work without them.
8. Children
This product is for professionals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we post the new text here and update the date above.
